From the studio of Susan Mahlstedt comes this pretty pair of handmade drop earrings. Susan's workshop is in Kansas City, where she creates modern, wearable jewels with remarkable perfection and exquisite craftsmanship.
These botanical earrings are sterling silver and have been crafted by hand to resemble a pair of seed pods. Each earring is composed from a textured, oxidized leaf shape, and studded with a round freshwater button pearl.
The earrings have long wires, and measure two inches long, from the bend of the wire to the bottom of the drop. The seed pod itself measures 5/8 of an inch long.
