Online merchandise: The merchandise shown on our website is only a small sampling of the beautiful jewelry that we have in stock.  If you have questions about something you don’t see online, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Ring sizing: When ordering a ring, please be sure you have been sized by a professional jeweler.  Each ring purchased from Plante Jewelers will be sized once at no charge.  

If you are unsure of the size of a ring that will be given as a gift, it is best to present the ring first and then have it sized, to ensure accuracy.

Ordering: Do you see something you like? Order online, or all or email us to pick it up in-store.

Payment methods: We accept payment by cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. 

Shipping: We can ship your purchase to you or to a gift recipient. We'll gift wrap it beautifully and include a personal message if you like. Please contact us for more information. 

Returns:  Merchandise may be returned within 30 days. Full-price merchandise may be returned for a refund. Sale merchandise is returnable for store credit.

Sales Tax:  We are required to collect 6.25% sales tax on items shipped within Massachusetts.

Privacy policy :Plante Jewelers values your trust in us and we will use your personal information only as we need to, in order to fill your order or offer you promotional materials.  You can opt out of promotions by emailing or calling us to let us know your preferences.

We never share your personal information with anyone.
