The central sapphire is genuine, and has been faceted into an oval shape. It has a deep, medium blue color, and weighs .85 carats.

Six round diamonds accent the sides of the central sapphire. They have a combined weight of .19 carats, with GIA H/SI2 color/clarity grades.

The sapphire is held in four prongs, and the diamonds are secured in shared prongs, with bar style settings on the very end diamonds, for extra support. The shank of the ring has a high polish finish, and is tapered as it rises to meet the section of diamonds.

The ring is a size 6.5 and can be sized.
