The classical combination of blue sapphire, white diamonds, and yellow gold is a customer favorite. This ring incorporates all three - with an updated, nautical flair, courtesy of NYC designer Frederic Sage.

This ring conjures up a summer day at sea. The sturdy rigging of a vintage sailboat, the endless blue horizon and the foamy crests dancing on lapping waves.

The ring itself is 14 karat yellow and white gold, with a twisted rope-motif band, and an overlapping halo of dazzling white diamonds that mirrors the diagonal twist of the band.

Marcel selected a vibrant, genuine medium blue sapphire to be hand-set as the ring's centerpiece. The sapphire weighs .86CT, and has a juicy, medium true-blue hue.

The 20 round accent diamonds of the halo have a total weight of .14CT with GIA G/VS color/clarity grades.

The ring is a size 6 and is sizeable.
