Hand forged by Tom Kruskal, this delightfully dainty pendant is made by special by the addition of a single, brilliant cut diamond. Tom creates his signature jewels in his Massachusetts studio, forging them by hand with a hammer and anvil, supported by a giant tree trunk.
The delicate look of this pendant is achieved by forging, or cold hammering, precious gold wire. The forging of the metal compresses the molecules, creating an incredibly sturdy design.
The pendant is 14 karat yellow gold and features a double hidden bail. The earth-mined diamond weighs .08 carats, with GIA H/SI1 color/clarity grades. The pendant measures just over 1/2 of an inch in diameter.
