Extraordinary Oval Diamond Ring

A dreamy oval diamond is the spectacular centerpiece of this engagement ring.  The diamond is special - formed deep in the earth billions of years ago, it has been graded by GIA as having an "E" color - which is almost completely colorless.  The diamond has a clarity grade of SI1 and weighs 1.01 carats.  It is accompanied by a GIA report.

The diamond has been hand-set into a six-prong setting.  Our jeweler shaped the prongs into perfect points, to accentuate the long oval shape of the diamond. The shank of the ring tapers as it reaches either side of the diamond, and has been set with an assortment of graduated, sparkling diamonds.  The 18 accenting diamonds have a total weight of .26ct, with GIA G-H/VS2 color/clarity grades.

The ring has been crafted in pure platinum, and was custom made specifically for this diamond.  It features a quilted shank interior - to allow for the subtle changes in finger size.  The ring is a size 7, and is sizeable.  The ring was crafted to allow for a straight style band of your choosing to be worn against it.
